Written Agreement & Advance Deposit
Both parties sign the written service agreement. Upon receipt of the standard 50% advance deposit, we lock in your dedicated development sprint dates and set up your communication channel.
UI/UX Wireframing & Design Approval
We craft interactive wireframes and design system tokens (colors, typography, spacing). We review the layouts together and incorporate your revisions before coding begins.
Sprint Development & Staging Demo
Our engineering team codes the solution using modern standards. You receive private staging sandbox links so you can click through real working builds as they are built.
Testing, Mobile Audit & Client Review
Rigorous quality assurance across Safari, Chrome, iOS, and Android. We audit page loading speeds, verify form submissions in Supabase, and apply your final revision round.
Production Deployment & Asset Handover
We deploy the application to your production domain (Hostinger, Vercel, or custom server), configure SSL, index sitemaps with Google, and hand over all source code and admin credentials.
Post-Launch Care & Ongoing Growth
Every build includes 14 days of complimentary bug-fix support. We then seamlessly transition you into our monthly maintenance and digital marketing retainers for ongoing growth.

Content & Brand Assets
To maintain sprint timelines, clients supply their official logos, brand colors, product imagery, and draft copy within 5 days of project kickoff. If you need copywriting or photography assistance, we offer specialized add-on packages.
Structured Revision Rounds
Every package includes dedicated revision rounds during wireframing and staging phases. Revisions cover layout tweaks, color adjustments, and typography refinement to ensure the finished product matches your vision.
