Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Advance Project Deposits
The initial 50% project deposit is required to reserve engineering sprints, allocate technical personnel, and initiate architecture planning. Once design mockups or code repositories have commenced, the advance deposit is non-refundable.
2. Project Cancellation Mid-Flight
If a client elects to terminate a project before completion, billing is calculated on a pro-rata basis for completed milestone deliverables. All completed design assets, wireframes, and committed code up to the cancellation date will be handed over to the client upon settlement of work completed.
3. Monthly Retainer Cancellations
Monthly maintenance, SEO, and ads management retainers operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in. To cancel a recurring monthly retainer, clients must provide written notice (via email or WhatsApp) at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle. Fees for the current billing month already commenced are non-refundable.
4. Defect Resolution & Satisfaction Guarantee
In lieu of refunds on completed custom code, TorFusion Labs provides a comprehensive 14-day warranty and structured revision rounds. If any feature fails to function according to approved SOW specifications, our engineering team will rectify the issue promptly without additional charge.
5. Third-Party Costs & Non-Refundable Items
Third-party fees paid directly to domain registrars, cloud hosting providers, Google Ads, or Meta Ads are strictly non-refundable through TorFusion Labs, as these are third-party services.
